Order and Payment
We strive to process all orders before 12 noon that day, to be dispatched within 24 hrs when in stock.

All Myler bit (UK) orders posted first class recorded for £3.50 all other (UK) orders are posted at £4.95p either by Royal mail or Parcel Force

Please contact for delivery details / quote, if outside the UK

We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days. But please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

If an order is urgent please contact us to ensure your order is in stock, to avoid dissapointment

Postage and Packaging
All orders are posted Royal mail or Parcel force. We aim to deliver in 5-7 working days, but please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery

Returns Policy
Do you accept returns?
Returns are made at the customers expence. They must be sent back within 7 days and be unused and be returned in orignal packaging.
Please note due to the Health & Safety at Work Act 1972, WE ARE UNABLE TO HANDLE ANY HORSE CLOTHING OR EQUIPMENT UNLESS IT IS CLEAN AND DRY, due to the hazards involved with the repairing and handling of horse clothing and associated products.
Refunds are made minus postage cost.
